The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly assisted with pumping up our floats upon arrival. The swimming pool in the villa was notably clean. I also found Jam to be particularly helpful during both check-in and check-out.

The buggy service was slow. Waiting times were significant before transportation arrived. The room service response was slower than expected at times.

the villa itself was spacious enough.

The buggy service was slow. I waited far too long each time i requested one. also, the villa needed some serious updating. I saw cracked tiles and signs of mold, quite disappointing for the price i paid! it definitely didn't feel like a luxury experience.
